1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations within Australia, including metro, regional, and remote areas.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect locations.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified value (details on free shipping promotions will be available on our website).

3. Delivery Timeframes

Metro Areas: 2–5 business days.

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days.

Remote Areas: 7–14 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or carrier delays.

4. Carriers Used

We partner with Australia Post eParcel, CouriersPlease, Fastway, APD, TNT/FedEx, and Toll IPEC. Our system automatically assigns the most appropriate carrier based on your location and order weight. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific courier preferences.

5. Signature on Delivery

For parcels over 1kg, a signature on delivery can be requested at no additional cost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt for damaged items.

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for missing orders.

Please provide your order number and photos (if applicable) for prompt resolution.
