At Barkly, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Goods Returned to Sender
Reasons for Return to Sender: Goods may be returned to us if they are not collected, sent to an incorrect address, or refused by the recipient.
Fees for Return to Sender:
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions: If the return is due to an error by Barkly, our supplier, or the carrier, shipping fees will be refunded, and no restocking fee will be applied.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Eligibility: Change of mind returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is in its original packaging.
Labels or seals are intact.
The product has not been used, dirty, or damaged.
The product does not contain food or medication.
The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Fees for Change of Mind Returns:
A 10% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Items: Products that do not meet the conditions above cannot be returned for change of mind.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
Barkly will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Contact us as soon as possible to initiate a return.
Warranty Claims:
Barkly will honour all warranty obligations as outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
For warranty issues, please contact us to arrange a pickup and replacement according to the product manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
4. Returning a Product
Contact Us First: Please contact Barkly before initiating a return and we will provide the necessary steps moving forward.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Barkly or our supplier.
Barkly accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from the warehouse.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund.
